Betty Boop's dog Pudgy is tired of being lonely and decides its time to take Betty's advice to make friends. After a rousing song by Betty, Pudgy heads out into the wild to meet and befriend any animals he meets. While some animals aren't too receptive to making friends with Pudgy, the end result is a happy one.
